Our Mānuka honey wound dressings are specifically designed to be used for larger cuts, scrapes, abrasions, or other injuries that can be treated with a first-aid adhesive bandage.

Manuka Honey Dressing is impregnated with 100% Manuka Honey from New Zealand with no additives, Manuka Honey Gauze Pads is disposable sterile products, and consists of manuka honey and gauze. The Manuka Honey Gauze Dressing can protect the wound, effectively form and maintain the wet environment of the wound, and provide a suitable environment for wound healing.

Instructions for use

• Clean the wound before use.
• Open the pouch and remove the dressing.Peel away the gently apply the dressing to the wound surface.
• Cover with an absorbent dressing and secure with an appropriate dressing retention material.
• The dressing should be changed daily in heavily exudative wounds, reduced to every 3 days as the healing process proceeds. Otherwise to be changed as clinically directed. The dressing should also be removed if the dressing has completely dried.
• Remove the dressing using tweezers or a gloved hand. Remove the dressing from the skin slowly and gently. The dressing may adhere if used on a dry wound. In this case removal of the dressing can be helped by soaking the wound with sterile saline.
